Demolition & Strip-Out
Our NFDC-member demolition team carries out safe, controlled demolition and internal strip-out in advance of renovation or redevelopment. We prepare pre-demolition asbestos surveys, prepare method statements, and ensure all waste materials are segregated and recycled in accordance with the Waste Hierarchy. We work closely with structural engineers to sequence demolition of load-bearing elements safely.

Bespoke Joinery & Fittings
Our joinery workshop and site carpentry teams produce and install bespoke fitted furniture, staircases, doors, windows, and architectural joinery to the highest standard. We work from architect's drawings or our own CAD designs to produce one-off pieces in hardwood, softwood, or painted MDF — from a single fitted wardrobe to a complete bespoke kitchen and staircase package.
